This resources has downloadable hymns and songs from the children’s song book. This site shows lyrics for most songs, but you cannot listen to them before you download them. They are the simple versions you might be familiar with from the Gospel Library app. Some of our favorites:

Bible stories told by Mrs G, the wife of a pastor, originally from Britain. The content on here is more long form, ranging about 1 hour long per download. Stories are recorded professionally, and sound like an audiobook. There is content available for both Old Testament and New Testament stories.
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Videos for Children
There are a lot of video options to choose from on this site, all of which can be downloaded for free. But you’ll need them converted from mp4 to mp3 files. A simple google search will give you lots of options for online tools to be able to help you do that for free. Some good options to get you started for your Jesus Tonie:
